The Anuga Food Technology International Food Fair opened its doors in Cologne from 20 to 23 March 2018. This huge exhibition (127,000 m² in 7 halls) includes 4 major thematic areas (Food processing, Food packaging, Services & Solutions, Food Ingredients) with 1,500 exhibitors from 50 countries: Manufacturers of process equipment or agro-food packaging, food safety specialists, refrigeration, storage, engineering and hygiene professionals.
This show is attended by 45,000 trade visitors, 54% of which are foreign visitors, mainly distributors and importers, industrial and large accounts (production, R & D, sales, management, maintenance, marketing), key purchasing decision makers, journalists and bloggers . In addition to BtoB meetings, visitors will also be able to capture trends and innovations in dedicated spaces.
