A demanding environment
Powder milk production requires a certain number of constraints, such as the need to regulate the temperature in the storage rooms and prevent any contamination from bacteria.
Thus, the client’s need was most about air hygiene and ultra-cleanliness.
The solution we offered was a complete air handling solution, made up of air handling units and ventilation ducts from our SANICLIM® range of products.
SODISTRA’s added value for this project was the outstanding hygiene guarantees for demanding environments:
- Corrosion free solutions thanks to the polyester composite material. This prevents our products from any contamination nor functioning impairments.
- The isothermal monocoque envelope, which is perfectly waterproof and airtight, and prevents the product from condensation.
- Ease of care and maintenance thanks to the high quality equipments we put inside our AHUs as well as the manufacturing material (polyester composite) and the assembly method (polyester lamination).
- Our AHUs are approved for food contact according to the CE N°1935/2004 regulation (certified by IANESCO)
