We are starting with a 450 sow farm (farrow-to-finish) in which we have installed in 2021, 8 AHUs (air handling units). Located in Brittany, the 60000 m3/h Saniclim® finishing AHUs are equipped with G4/F7/F9 filters for air quality and EC fans for energy savings.

"The polyester casing of Saniclim® is perfectly suited to the corrosive environment of ammonia in the air around the farm. Extremely easy to clean inside the sodistra #CTAs have smooth surfaces and the drainage of the tank is sloped, which makes cleaning operations quick to carry out. No condensation in the air handling unit because of the perfect sealing and the PER insulation. The installation of polyester AHUs is faster than steel AHUs as there is no bolting involved in the assembly. Our electrical consumption is 30% lower than with the pulley/belt turbines used on the old AHUs, the advantage of the EC motor is obvious!
